Account Deletion Request
The fastest way is in the App itself: go to Menu → Settings → Delete Account, enter a reason, and confirm — your account is deleted immediately. Can't access the App? You can permanently delete your account and all associated data by sending us an email instead. Please follow the steps below.
⚠️ This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be
deleted and cannot be recovered.
How to Request Deletion by Email

Send an email to our support team Use the email address registered with your account to send the request.

Use the subject line Write exactly: Account Deletion Request

Include the following in the email body Your Full Name and Registered Mobile Number.

Wait for confirmation We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email once your account is deleted.

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers.

All data is deleted within 7 business days of your confirmed request. No data is retained after deletion.
